Lemmings of the Light

It's always difficult to write a Biography for yourself, especially since I am my own worst critic. I guess I'll just stick to WoW and we'll see where we go from there.

I started WoW with 3 friends from work who would not stop going on about it. They desperately countered my arguments against paying £9.00 a month for a game, and I countered back for about 6 months. I finally decided to give it ago after I was forced to sit down and watch endless trailers, view screenshots and see a little game play.

I remember the day I first stepped into Elwyn Forrest with Chromere the First on the final beta, and I can safely say that I was hooked from the moment a guard with gear I could only dream of possessing asked me to kill some wolves, "Gladly!" I proclaimed and set foot into the great beyond, completely in the wrong direction where I was promptly annihilated by several level 4 Defias.

Since then I have never complained once regarding that monthly payment and I can honestly say that WoW is up there with my favourite games. I can also say that I tend to warn people off playing this game; it's more addictive than Heroin!

I've had breaks - the longest being two years - but that little tickle at the back of my mind never quite leaves me, and sooner or later the game always draws me back in.
