I am a older player (30+) that has been playing for over 3 years now. I was in a very social guild up to level 70 with some really nice people, unfortunatly i was starting to get bored of just fishing and killing horde at westfall so when i saw a trade ad for a raiding guild i applied. I had no idea about my class having spent most of my levelling duel wielding with fire and ice enchants on my weapons because they looked cool.

I caught the raiding bug and as we were a pretty serious guild at that time we cleared Kara pretty quickly and moved on to Gruul. SSC is where things started to go wrong, the guild leaders girlfriend also played and she was a right pain in the ass causing no end of trouble with the officers (which by this time i had been promoted to one) and one night while we were in ZA she said one thing too many and 90% of the guild that were online then /gquit.

The core of the guild that had left then created a new guild and although we had decent progress we picked up quite a few people who wouldnt show for raids they had signed for etc. so it became a lot harder to keep the guild going and after 12 months or so it disbanded although most of us remained friends.

During my time in this guild i had some personal problems in game with someone who lived not too far away from me and this led to me moving to another realm to get away from the crap that was happening. The guild i joined were a well progressed guild and while others were 5/6 in SSC and 3/4 in TK while at the same time doing BT, this guild wanted to do progression right therefore killing Vashj and Kel'Thas before moving on to MH and BT. I was there for the guild first kill of Vashj and that will remain one of my favourite kills in WoW, to be honest it was epic and one of the best fights i have seen.

I did miss my old mates though and i returned to my old server and my old guild after making promises to my other half i wouldn't get involved in any crap.

After the guild disbanded i fell out love with the game a little, and made a guild for me and alts of people i knew just to be social but when some of my old friends joined me we did end up doing 10 mans socially. The problem was that some other so called "friends" saw us as a boosting guild to level up alts so after some discussion we upped sticks and transfered the whole guild to another server.

This was a month before WotLK and when the expansion hit we levelled up pretty quickly and started Naxx.

After clearing Naxx, Sarth +1 and Malygos quickly we were starting to be recognised as one of the top 10 man guilds on the server going on to get up to Mimiron in ulduar (FL 3 Towers), clearing TotC first night Anub was available and generally doing well in the raids we were doing.

Unfortunatly at this time I started having real life problems which ment i didnt play at all for pretty much 3 months, during this time some of the people we had brought in decided that they would rather be somewhere else and it created a spiral affect the ment by the time i was able to give a little time to the game the guild was dead

So with that in mind and with me not 100% certain i wantred to carry on playing or for that matter if i could carry on playing (medical reasons etc) i decided to move server, get a fresh start and join a fun and relaxed social raiding guild where i could "Just Play"

And Lemmings IS that guild

I am married to a wonderful woman who although understood my heavy schedule while i was a guild leader wont allow me to put that sort of time in anymore /boo...No, thats harsh she's bee awsome over the last few months.

I am a corrosion engineer working for a independant test lab where i run tests on variious metals for sour service corrosion (means i play with acids and dangerous gasses).

I love my football and support Sheffield United (dont start please, its in the genes!!) and i am currently listening to old Acid House and jungle.
