Lemmings of the Light

Hi,

My name is Cuthburt and I'm an over-the-hill father of two mischievous daughters and currently 'resting' IT professional. I live in the UK and have a wife and two loving cats, or is that the other way round?

I've been playing WoW on and off since shortly after it went live, and have pretty much seen everything except the hardcore raiding side, which doesn't really interest me - content: yes! DKP, loot emos and primadonnas: no.

I love to explore, see new things, meet new people, learn more about my own and other classes, and face up to new boss challenges - even if that means evening after evening of wipes

I've seen the fast and slow demise of several guilds over the last year, something that seems to have been accelerated this summer by AoC and WAR - some of the people I most enjoyed playing with have left for other games, which I've tried but never found pushed my buttons the way WoW does.

I'm looking for a group of people who value teamwork and striving together to improve and see new things, whilst at the same time valuing fun over loot and understanding that no matter how much we would like, real life commitments mean that we can't play all day, every day.
