Buff it up (like Bob Marley)

As you know we're half-way through Icecrown Citadel with the guild now! We're close to killing Professor Putricide and we've had a few goes at the Blood Princes. However I'd like to remind everyone that raids with us of a few simple things that will ensure our success on future runs

- Be the best you can be. Use flasks! We do our best to regularly restock guildbank with flasks that will really provide your character ánd the raid with that edge. We're not a hardcore guild, but we expect you to be your best. To help you with this we give you a 70% discount off the AH price for flasks. Please help us avoid 1% wipes

- Be self-sufficient. Bring your own buff food. Yes, a lot of times we have a fish feast ready, but these are not always available as they have been donated by guildies!
Players that perform the same role or play the same class will be able to advise you on what kind of food to bring (and eat) and in some cases we have food in the guildbank that you can help yourselves to.

- Be prepared. Bring 5-10 health and mana potions and enough reagents to last throughout the night! Make sure to always bring some extra in case one of your team members forgot (or god forbid things didn't go so well ).

Also, remember to eat and drink between bosses with your mage food, remember to pop that healthstone to help the healers, and ask your fellow guildies for pointers and feedback outside of raids! It will be appreciated

To show our appreciation for these (and other!) tokens of "team mindset" I will ask every raid leader to mention their 'raider of the evening' in their raid-log after a run. Just to show that we notice, and are glad with your contribution during the evening.
