Remember that people who have joined only one raid last week have been moved to the bottom first, followed by the people who have attended two runs, then all runs. If people attended the same number of runs, the people who attended the earlier runs in the week have been moved first.

I haven't looked at this page in a while after Neti showed he could run the KIL on his own efficiently.. but let me say WOW the amount of healing peeps has doubled (almost tripled) since we started to run Karazhan with the guild

If you are away for a
If you are away for a certain period of time, you get removed off the list and put back in at the bottom; otherwise it would be a 'sword of damocles' situation when someone comes back from an extended away period. You have already been added back before the KIL was updated when Neti saw your signup.

Oh, well in future a warning that people were going to be removed would have been nice.
Then people who are still around on the forums could have requested not to have been removed rather than not been given the choice, as in this case

I'm sorry, but it would simply not be fair to allow people not to be removed just because they're on the site. That would give very inactive people an unfair advantage over the active people who have been dragging the guild through the raid instance for the past few months, I'm sure you'd agree.
Still, a warning the list
Still, a warning the list was being tidied up would have been nice. Then I could have informed you I was planning on attending Kara during January but as i did not know the list was being updated I wasn't aware of any need to inform you or Neti that I would be back.

Anyway, it doesn't make a big difference as after you were added on the list, the KIL was updated yesterday, and you're already back on position 15 on the list.

I attended the zul'aman run over xmas and was on most of the weekend just gone but it doesn't matter, i'll keep quiet now.

The list was updated and refreshed january 1st coinciding with the http://www.lemmings-of-the-light.net/?q=node/509 post to rustle up some more activity for Karazhan. The warning was added at the same time.
Zul'Aman was a one-off run
Zul'Aman was a one-off run without any connection to the KIL, and the KIL is for figuring out the Karazhan runs. As such the KIL is refreshed and people are removed or added based on activity and signups to Kara runs.

Just seems a bit odd to try and rustle up more activity and then removing people from the list before given chance to show they have been rustled and will join the run
