Mixed feelings
I am posting this early in the morning well as the accompanying ritual in WoW because I do not like live drama :$
The past couple of weeks have been ones of mixed feelings for me. At heart I am a hunter simply because it is the class I like to play most of all. That's why it's been very strange for me to have 'pugged' with my hunter almost every raid I've done lately. I like to excel WITH the people I play most with rather than without. The change to my priest seemed to be a healthy choice, a class I am still learning about combined with the fun of healing and getting to raid with the lemmings.
Unfortunately this hasn't been giving me the feelings I was hoping for.
The feeling of unbalance has taken me up to the point where I think I am tipping.
A very recent and for me exciting opportunity might give me a chance to regain balance which made me come to this decision. Inevitably this involves signing to another guild. For now this is an uncertain thing but I guess that's just a leap of faith to take.
To make a long story short I believe the lemmings deserve players that stand unconditionally for the guild and everything that the guild stands for, but that is not 100% for me at the moment.
I think you've got a unique way and level of sociability in and out of the game which gave me a welcome feeling from the beginning an throughout my whole lemmings experience so far.
I hope you don't think of it as an act of selfishness and can respect the choice of me leaving to find balance again.
Sorry for doing this like a thief in the night but that is how I like (or in this case) dislike to handle these kind of things.
I wish you all the good luck for now and thank you for the very pleasant time already spent and I am sure I'll keep reading up on your adventures. Feel free to throw me an ingame whisp or ninja invite to a yet to be determined herioc instance.

First of all I want to thank everybody for their kind words.
Not trying to bump this post but I do have some things I want to add
I know I've been a bit vague about the direction I was aiming for but I can say, with pride I might add, that I've been succesfully recruited for Been There Done That.
I've always been eager to push myself to my own limits and the boundaries of this matrix we all jump around in and I think BTDT can provide me with an environment to do it in.
As said I won't be a stranger ofcourse and hoping you all feel the same.

Sorry to see such a knowledgable player leave our ranks but like all others i wish you well in the future. Keep that hunter on a leash though as he is far too powerful anyway

I'm not in the slightest bit surprised by your decision, Pronder. To be honest I was a little surprised when you joined the Lemmings in the first place, as you seemed to be a little further up the experience ladder than some. The guild will certainly be a lesser place without your friendly nature, warmth, and healer. ;D I've added you to my friends list.

As Spit says, I cannot say I was completely surprised with your leaving or the reasons behind it. I thought the same about Floggy when he left also.
Whilst our raids have been a little "hit and miss" in terms of going ahead or not of recent, I dont think anyone can blame those who are a little more raid-orientated for re-considering their position within Lemmings. Its only a shame that the facts of life mean we will be losing (another) great guildie. hehe I will even be honest and admit that I put your forward for High Lemming position, hoping others may do the same and that may guild-lock you a little longer! Shocking admission I know ... but I only did this because I genuinely thought you were a great addition to the guild. It mattered little to me that you hadnt been here that long.

If it is more focussed raiding you want, then you are making the right decision. Whilst someties it may seem that all we do is raid (that impression is generally given because of the amount of effort that it takes to fill up any one run we do), we really are not.
