Well, from the Christmas dinner at least

Starion, I've had a quick look at your gear and while it's generally very good, I think still some improvement is required for Naxx and also very well possible. Unfortunately I'm very busy with work this week, so I don't have time to really check out hunter gear requirements in depth. I've planned to do this coming weekend.

For now I will give some pointers on what direction to think and where to find some information on gear upgrades.

When are you ready for Naxx?
1) In general we have agreed that we will assume guildies are ready for Naxx if they are in full lvl 80 blues (i.e. item level 187) or gear which has equivalent total stats. So this means that if you have a weaker slot, you can compensate it with a much better item in another slot.
2) You will have to meet or be close to the stats mentioned in the 'stats to aim for' post. As a rule, if you meet requirement 1) you will also meet this requirement, they're supposed to be equivalent.
3) You will have to be 'ready' for Naxx10 according to the be.imba.hu site. Again, this requirement should be equivalent with 1) and 2), so if you meet 1) and/or 2), you will probably also meet this requirement.

When is my Hunter ready for Naxx?
For Hunters there exists an excellent tool to assess your estimated DPS output, namely Cheeky's spreadsheet. For WotLK this spreadsheet is maintained by Shandara, who also incorporated an extensive gear planner into the spreadsheet. The gear planner lists the best items for each slot, in descending quality order, taking into account variables such as your talent build, your pet and pet talents, and your shot rotation. It is widely seen as the most authorative quality assessment of hunter gear available, and forms the basis for most of the hunter gear lists you see floating around the internet. I expect every raid hunter to have equipped gear from within the first 10 highest items mentioned on the gear planner lists for each slot. This is on average, so if you have an item outside the 10 best items for that slot, you can make up for it with a much better item for another slot.

How do I find gear upgrades for my Hunter?
An easy way is to look at the Hunter pre-raiding gear list right here: http://forums.tkasomething.com/showthread.php?t=13970 , and take your pick. Gear recommendations are based on the Cheeky/Shandara spreadsheet. A more accurate way is to download the spreadsheet itself (you can do it here: http://forums.tkasomething.com/showthread.php?t=13334) and enter your gear into it. If you keep your Armory up-to-date, you can also let the spreadsheet import your data directly from the Armory. Go to the Gear Planner tab, and you can see how your gear measures up to all available gear, and what upgrades are recommended.

Starion, to make things somewhat easier, I've imported your current gear into the spreadsheet, and made a screenshot of the gear recommendations. I will send you this via email.
