How to sign up for a Lemmings raid

As we have quite a few new guildies lately who aren't that well-versed in the Lemming raiding way, I've decided to do a very short write-up on how to sign-up for a Lemmings raid. This post will only cover the basics, for the exact details you'll have to consult our (humongous) web site or you can ask me directly.

All sign-ups for Ulduar/Trial of the Crusader are handled via our unique Ulduar Invite List (UIL). Everyone at level 80 with appropriate gear (generally speaking you should be in epic level gear) can ask to be added this list. The UIL is maintained by Neti, it is valid for a week and is updated on Tuesday, the day before the Ulduar/ToC reset.

If you want to go on an Ulduar/ToC run, you click on the corresponding event in the event calendar on the web site, click on the Sign-up button and fill in your details. Make sure that you correctly state which character you want to sign-up and what role you want to play!

Sign-up for an Ulduar/ToC run closes at 20.00 the day before the run. At that time Neti will look at sign-ups and assemble the run based on the sign-ups for each role, and on the current UIL. The people who are highest on the UIL for each role will be getting a slot for the raid. If there are more sign-ups than available slots the remaining sign-ups are getting a reserve spot. Currently we raid with 2 tanks, 3 healers and 5 dps. Depending on the actual fights and the available sign-ups we may deviate from this line-up.

At the end of the week Neti will review who went to Ulduar/ToC that week and update the UIL accordingly: people who went on a run that week will sink to the bottom of the list, thereby making people who didn't go to float to the top of the list slowly but surely.

Please note that you can always sign up for events, even if you're not on the UIL. You just don't get first dibs for a spot when there's enough people that *are* on the UIL (because being undergeared increases the raid difficulty).
