2009/05/-26 Lemmings down Malygos

Yes we did it. The Lemmings have downed the Big Blue Bad!

We had several players in the raid who had never done this fight before, and others who had to play in unfamiliar roles, notably Matzy in his first appearance as Main Tank in a Big Fight. But the many hours of practice of the past few weeks under the guidance of Akaryxn paid off in the end. Right from the start our tactics were outstanding, we just needed to improve on the execution. Early in the night we got the boss to 2%, then after slighty over 2 hours play time we managed to reach phase 3 with more than the required 3 minutes left... But the boss bugged on us and we died instantly O_O But morale was high, we just ran back in and on the next try we downed him!

Special thanks go to Akaryxn who put in a lot of enthusiasm and effort to make the Eye of Eternity runs go through every week, but who couldn't attend when we finally downed him. We'll be back!
