Lemmings & Raiding before patch 3.1
This week, we're still running Naxxramas with two raid groups, with a scheduled Eye of Eternity run this upcoming monday (march 23rd), and the week after, we want to try and clear Naxxramas in heroic mode by organising not one, but *two* 25-man runs (exact days will be announced).
The organisation of these runs comes from a desire to clear Eye of Eternity before 3.1 (according to a GM I talked to, we will have ample time for this), and have gotten the key for the Heroic version so we may go back to that after the patch. 
But we would like to know: what are *your* goals before patchday?
Tell us your personal character wishes, as well as guild desires!

Currently we've limited openings for all classes, all specs. We expect applicants to stick by us as we make the transition into Cataclysm in a little while!

Ermmmm well its not a raiding goal / aspiration / dream but I would really really really (have I said really) love the Spirit Cat from Sholazar Basin. His name is Loque'Nahak and he is so pretty. But unfortunately he is the only tamable spirit cat in the game (until the new patch when there will be another one in ZD) and is camped by all BM hunters!! He spawns in 5 different locations around Sholazar every 10 hours or so.. so he is really really hard to get!!
So if any lemmings out there would offer any help to get this beautiful kitty then I would love the help - but I do understand that camping sholazar basin is the most boring and tedious task any lemming can ask
Other than that I think we are doing an awesome job with our progression and personally would like to thank all the officers for making all the runs possible and fun

personally, i think rather then having 2 naxx 10 man groups it would be allot mroe fun to have a naxx 25 run instead, this way more ppl get to join, beter loot and do something that we havent done before so often. if for side kicks ppl want to run naxx 10 that could probably be aranged!
for myself i would really love to get naxx 25 cleared before all focus shifts to ulduar!

However, those who started in Naxx-10 from our first few goes may be getting bored of it, but for others, there is still much to be seen. Speaking for myself, ignoring the Naxx-25 run we did, I've still only seen the first two wings once.

I intend to get Loreena up to 80 and get her geared as a disc (healy) priest (also with a holy spec when dual specs arrive).
Once i've gotten the gear (and gotten used to healing!) I intend to raid with her instead of Joe.
What i expect when doing raids tho is just to have lots of fun, seeing the healy side of things
I really think our 25 man runs are great and we should continue with them, but i'm not bothered how often we do them, once a week, once a month, as long as we do them sometimes im happy!

I don't think about patchday, really. And I don't prepare to it
I'm just trying to stay above 1k gold to play with dual specs around 
When it comes to dual specs, I will try alternate tanking style / build as my secondary build. Later, when I choose my primary tanking build, I'll probably use some DPS build as secondary build.
If you ask about raids, I'm up for anything
I'm not bored with Naxx-10 yet and Naxx-25 is nice too (especially there's chance for nice weapon upgrade for me 
). TBH I like Naxx way more than EoE. EoE is too much focused on group composition (everyone above 18k hp, everyone good dps to beat timer, DK preferred to grip sparks, etc.) and is not that fun as peaceful Naxx run 
So... patch doesn't change much for me

I prefer the instances were you come across more then 1 boss an evening and not just 1 boss which takes almost the entire evening to kill due to tactics.
So pre patch I have not got much goals. Not going for dual-specs.
With my hunter I don't see the point and with my shaman I just want to heal since for dps I got a hunter.
After patch still no real goals tbh. Have fun, keep my shaman up for raids, don't neglect hunter and try to raid more often. So basicly the same as always

My only goal before patch day is to build enough gold to afford dual specs. To do this i need to stop buying stuff i dont really need or spend hundreds of gold worth of mats on crafted gear... O wait i just bought something again. Nevermind!

Apart from getting back online before 3.1, what else....
My over-arching aim is to get loads more achievement points. In that aim I've broken down my goals as follows:
I'd like to get that last *@$!##&*! book for Higher Learning for one. I only need the book that spawns in the Violet Citadel in the bookcases to the right as you come in. So far, I've seen about a 6x Kirin Tor monthly issues, 3x Journals of Archmage Antonidius, etc... :s
I'm also looking for a large rat, about the size of a gnome. Last seen nibbling on fish in Dalaran's sewers. Seems to be wary of the bait I'm using - any gnomes volunteering for bait duty?
I'd love to get my Naxx achievements completed (just the boss kills, not the side achievements). That's both Naxx-10 and 25.
I'd also like to get my T7 tokens from there - but it's only loot, so not too worried about that side of it.
Hmm, what else?
Classic Raids and Dungeons - still need to finish a few of these off. ZG, BWL, AQ20 and AQ40 still need cleared.
Outland Heroics - still need most of these (especially since they're giving full rep again!).
Northrend Heroics - need quite a few of these as well. BUT, since my main playing times coincide with main raiding times, I tend to focus on other things first.
BUT - overriding all of those is my need to just log in, relax and have fun. Everything else is just details.

It would be really nice if i could get Celenia "full purple" before patch (head and one trinket are rares) but i'm fine this way too.
Another personal goal with Celenia is stop slacking and continue my mount hunting before patch and new mounts are here. Luck just has so big part now so sometimes i'm more than ready to give up...
New challenges are fun so clearing naxx25 and beating Malygos (which could btw drop a mount...
) are welcome of course.

My personal goals are:
-Getting the last two epic items (Boots & Bracers) for Spitbeard. Those can only be acquired from Naxx & EoE Heroic. Since those runs are usually scheduled mondays this poses a bit of a problem
- Getting Spitbeard 1000 gold for dual specs.
- Getting exalted with the Kalu'ak. They are the last faction which I'm not exalted with. Might not happen before patchday, because it takes a week to do so.
- Hoping to get's Thracites' JC level to maximum.
- Get Thracite to level 80. Don't think that's going to happen either, but I'll try. Seeing the shortage of dps lately, this triggered my return to levelling my first toon
Don't have any real guild desires. I like normal Naxx, OS & EoE. Wouldn't mind doing the heroic versions, but it's all good to me. I just wanna have fun with my guildies

I will continue joining all of the current raids as i still enjoy them very much.
I would love to do a MH run though, it's still one of my all time favorites and i would love to clear it
Another objective of mine is dual box my druid and shaman to level 80 and spec one of them for healing and the other one for DPS, but this isn't a hard i need to get this done before the patch objective.

OK, so summarising some comments:
- Kachiko would like to down Malygos.

But who knows, this wednesday/friday? He would also like to level jewelcrafting to maximum.
- Anharyd would like to tame Loque'Nahak
- Joe wants his priest geared up to 80, and change raiding mains
- Elm, Spitbeard and Coehoorn want to have 1000k for the dual spec
- Garalia (if he's back online) wants to complete some achievements - some we can't help with, but classic raids/dungeons, outland heroics, northrend heroics should be possible to organise with the guild
- Celenia wants some more mounts (not sure which you don't have yet?
- Wilgje wants to get her chef title and needs to get off her butt and do dailies. Could use help in the form of loads of chilled meat. ;p
- Spitbeard would like some boots/bracers from Naxx/EoE heroic. EoE heroic is out of the question still
People don't seem that invested in EoE, but want to clear Naxx-25 before Ulduar. So let's make that happen this week guys!

I fully agree with you here, Wilgje, EoE is just old-skool, we actually have to do our utmost best to down him. But I'm convinced we can do it.
On the penultimate try yesterday we managed to do phase 1 fast enough, but we then took too much time on phase 2. We just need more experience with this fight, and combined with some improvements in gear, we will be downing Malygos soon.
Also, EoE-25 is much easier than EoE-10, and hopefully we'll be able to have a try at that one as well.

As you might see, there's not much where you can help. I'm still missing few easier ones (two pvp mounts that can be bought with tokens) which i will get when i just stop slacking. Halaa pvp mounts would be quite ok to farm if there just would be hordes there (if someone has lvl 75+ horde in Aszune, i would love to get some help here!). I would get red proto drake if i could get all heroic achivements done, so if there's two dps (pretty good gear would help a lot and in few achievements it would be good if one could taunt & tank a sec and other heal too) who wanna get some challenge and achieve red proto drake with Glendus, i and Gramno, just let me know.
After that it's mostly rare drops i'm missing and it's not easy to help with those.
100 mounts is pretty insane achievement at the moment...

I know that ppl are doing some heroic achievements here and there. But it would be really nice if we could find two ppl that wanna do all those with us so that everyone of group would get that drake same time.

I often do rounds of SB mining saronite. Problem is this will often be late at night or early in the morning when there are hardly anyone on. How can we be of any help if you are not online?
And what gems to Spitbeard need? If it is green quality ones i might have some spares.
Heroic achievements i am very insterested in with Elminda as dps.
And a update for my goals before next patch. As there are some changes being done to fury warriors i am working on changing around Elmindas gear now. As the berserker stance bonus looks like it is being changed from 10% attackpower to 15% strength i want to replace as much gear as possible that got attackpower on them with strength items. At the moment this means Bracers, Boots, Gloves and a weapon. Gloves i have new ones, just need gems and enchants. Boots i will have replaced as soon as i get my Ebon blade rep to exalted either by instances or dailies. Bracers i am saving for now and might be able to replace soon so this leaves me with just the weapon. To avoid gimping my crit too much i will try to get heroic HoL done for the axe from Loken if anyone is interested.
There is also trinket i could replace.. but at 8k gold this is a little too much for me for a bunch of cards!
