Looks like this dragon couldn't resist and is now stuck forever! You can see Ramlös (Floggy) and Thondar in the lower right side, I didn't want to cut them out of the picture

Inside the Nexus, I think it was near the path where you pick up the book for the quest. It pays off to look around, Blizzard often hides the prettiest things
