I need some input/advice
I need some input/advice (calling Gar, and others)
These are my stats atm. I know I need to work on my real-time healing skill, that I am trying, but any advice on what more I need stat-wise for naxx is appreciated.
By the way, I'm aware the armory doesn't show buffs, so with priest buffs, my +heal is about 1730; mana regen is about 700 (220 i5SR).
I have to get the mana regen on chest enchant yet, and the wyrmrest rep chant. But input is very appreciated.

Pretty sure I'm pointing out stuff you're already aware but here goes anyway:
The belt needs a buckle and gem, and the shoulders need something on them.
If you're struggling, the old Aldor/Scryer enchants are a workable placeholder for shoulders until you get the rep grind for something better.
You're past the 1600 spellpower mark, and got some pretty good mana regen too, so I'd say you've met the mark for starting out on Naxx runs. Knowing that you've been holding some heroics together gives me confidence that you're pretty used to healing at the right level too - so long as you're not relying on spamming CoH (incoming nerf warning!)

Hopefully should get the belt buckle some time this week, along with the head enchant. The shoulder enchant may take me quite some time though, as I haven't unlocked the Hodir rep yet, and I never got my Aldor rep up as I hit Outlands very late.

Ary, the (initial) shoulder enchant from Sons of Hodir only requires Honored rep... I got to Honored in ~1 day, theres quite a long quest chain (a good quest chain though
to get to Friendly and some simple dailies to get to Honored.

Well actually we don't do 3 raids in a week, we do 1 Naxx run, which is divided over 3 nights
The NIL is always updated at the end of the reset period, and valid for one week until the next reset. The reason for this is to ensure that guildies who have highest NIL-priority can attend a full Naxx-run during that week if they would like to do so.
When updating the NIL your attendance over all the runs in the past week is taken into account. The more runs you have attended, and the later in the week they were planned (in general meaning 'better' bosses), the lower you will end up on the next NIL.

Having had a conversation
Having had a conversation with the mighty jedi hunter master himself he seems to deem me 'ok to go'. I however feel I need a better ranged weapon and as I am a bow hunter (i hate using guns) I will not be getting the mighty epic Nessingway 4000 crafted (sorry). So a few more heroics to see if I can get a bow from UK or Occulus then we shall see
(I am still using Sunfury Bow of the Phoenix!!).
But hopefully soon Anh will venture forward in to battle with all you brave souls.

According to imba i'm more than ready. There's one stat that's not up to par according to our "Gear to aim for list" and that is my holy crit. I've got about 23,5 % and it should be 25+ %. It shouldn't be too hard to fix that with other gems and/or enchants

I wouldn't switch out gems and enchants for +crit if it will lower your mana pool or spell power... I would switch in +crit if its just replacing mp5 etc. Otherwise you should be fine as you are.

There isn't a need to anyway - missing a belt socket, so can just get a pure crit gem in there. Also the legs have a low quality gem in there, may be an option to find something to boost it a bit but not too important.
Besides, crit is a bit strange that I've seen. I used to get fairly regular crits with ~28% holy crit (~23% regular spell crit). Dr Damage also gives the holy light crit for me when unbuffed at over 35%, rather odd IMO, but hey if it means I can slap down the big heals regularly then who am I to complain?

NIL for Eye of Eternity
As of this week we will be going to the Eye of Eternity. For raiding scheduling purposes we will consider Eye of Eternity as a natural progression from Naxxramas. This will mean that:
1) the NIL will also apply to Eye of Eternity, with the following restriction:
- as EoE is in fact of higher level than Naxx, being on the NIL will not automatically qualify you for Eye of Eternity. We expect new players on the NIL to first gain some Naxx experience before they sign up for EoE. We will review this on an individual basis.
2) effective immediately we have re-activated the 'inactivity' rule for the NIL which states that after a period of not signing up for Naxx-10 raids you will automatically suicide to the bottom of the list. For WotLK we have set the period to 4 weeks, and to initialize the NIL for Naxxramas + Eye of Eternity we have applied the rule retro-actively as of 11 March 2009. This means that the players who haven't signed up for Naxx-10 after 10 February 2009 have been moved to the bottom of the list. They will become 'active' players again, as soon they sign up for a Naxx-10 raid.
I can see why you want
I can see why you want people to have Naxx experience first, thats totally understandable. First time to Malygos you want a smooth run or as smooth as can be. That doesnt mean people without Naxx experience cant sign up. they can but the invites will occur on individual basis and i guess gear wise.
Rule nr 2 im not happy about. I havent signed up for raids after 10 february 2009 or even before that, so why am i not on the bottom of the NIL? I am online and there to help out, but not felt like raiding. To me that rule seems kinda harsh and yes in sharp contrast of the guild basicfundaments. And where is this rule you mentioned that for WtoLK you have set up the period for 4 weeks, cause I cant find that anywhere.

Not happy with this. I joined this guild because it was a social guild. No pressure for raiding whatsoever. With this rule you are putting pressure on.
You don’t raid enough, you can’t come. Just like the rules in those big raiding guilds.
Very sorry you are choosing for this rule. Kendrya called me about it and she is really upset about it. I am cancelling everything. Probably won’t be logging in today. I need time to think about what I want with raiding.

This for me and Comb means the end of our raiding days.
We cannot make it every 4 weeks. We have to switch things around RL to make it to the raids so we always sign up when we both are high on the NIL.
This new rule means that we are both always so low on the NIL that is a rare thing to go to Naxx. Let alone together.
We are a social guild. But with these rules we are turning into a raid guild. With this rule you are forcing people to either frequently raid or just give up on it.
We declined applications because they were too much raid focussed and we consider ourselves a social guild. But with these kind of rules we are turning ourselves into a raid focussed guild. And that hurts me. A lot.
This makes me very very sad. Please remove me from reserve for tonight. I won’t be logging in. I also cancelled my signups for the upcoming raids.

Whilst I am not as adamant
Whilst I am not as adamant as Kendrya and Combustus regarding these 'new rules' I also have to agree strongly with their beliefs in this.
I raid when I can, and more importantly 'when I want to'. This is the uniqueness of Lemmings. There is no pressure to raid and it is FUN!! I do not like the fact that in order for us to raid with lemmings we have to sign up at least once per month. What if we go on holiday for 2 weeks? Or we are ill or RL issues prevent us from signing up every 4 weeks (like with Ken and Comb).
4 weeks is a short period of time - if this rule has to be enforced can it not be 8 weeks? that way we have much more time and it is still casual?
I myself will probably end up being on the bottom now all the time as my work commitments have shot through the roof and quite frequently I am away for long periods of time (I am now not back home till friday evening and the last thing I will want to do then is raid for 3 hours).
I reiterate my point I made in a previous post, I joined the lemmings because it was fun an there was no pressure or expectation other than to be a good guildie, I am still a lemming because I feel this is still the case, I am an ambassador of 'lemming spirit' as I feel we are unique in our balance of social v raiding (most of the time). I feel this rule as it stands on the 4 weeks rule at the moment tips this balance quite significantly in to raid focus, and I am not sure I like that idea either.
