Naxxramas
Naxxramas is the entry level raid instance in WotLK. It is an ancient ziggurat that serves as Kel'Thuzads base, his necropolis, from where he spreads his evil plague throughout Azeroth. It once floated above the Eastern Plaguelands but since Kel'Thuzad has been defeated there he moved his city to Northrend where it now floats above the carrionfields in Dragonblight.
There are 15 evil bosses that have their hideout in Naxxramas, all waiting to be defeated. The necropolis itself is structured into four separate wings. When the group enters the instance they'll find themselves in the middle of the city and can then pick out one of the four quarters.
All raid instances in WotLK allow groups of 10 and 25 players to enter.

To be able to plan ahead
To be able to plan ahead somewhat I posted a thread on the international community WoW_ladies, asking what we can expect from the new Naxxramas.

There will be no attunement, the instance as it exists right now is comparable to Karazhan when it comes to gear requirement (mostly blue items).
It seems it's even easier
It seems it's even easier compared to Karazhan. Dropping the attunement and relatively less gear requirements because (and I've read a blue post about this somewhere, can't remember where exactly) they thought it was too hard for casual guilds to get into Karazhan fast.
Dunno if it will be dumbed down too much. Do know it opens up a lot of possibilities to enjoy more guild events!
The problem is though that
The problem is though that we don't want anyone to think they can skip the careful gearing up process in favor of entering instances that they're not necessarily ready for
Which was easier when people had to attune themselves - they'd pick up upgrades along the way. Just like the instances that don't need any rep requirements for entering the heroic mode.. :s
Yeah I have to agree with
Yeah I have to agree with you there. I'm not sure if it's for the good or for the bad.
However I think Blizzard's solution for this is that the next raid will be much harder and people need to gear up for the next raid way more than for Naxx. Probably the way to do this is through Naxx.
On the other hand, we can always set a gear-requirement for the guild to let people gear up and makes sure we don't skip this process.
Ah, well just some thoughts about it. ^^
well, before logging last
well, before logging last night there was a server first achievement, as Postal cleared it lol

I'm quite happy the top uber
I'm quite happy the top uber guilds are getting through this content quickly, actually means there's a really good chance I'll see it
I don't think gear will be as much of a problem either, as its nowhere near the step up as BC was.
Also quite happy there is no attunement, I remember it took us a couple of months to really get going in Karazhan, and doing those key quest dungeons over and over to attune people... shadow labs for the 15th time lost its appeal
Yep, this is our golden age

Well, myself and Solin we're
Well, myself and Solin we're there lastnight for a boss or two. Its certainly not easy by any strech of the imagination. Full blue 80 items is a bare minimum tbh.
