Thank you Wilgje!

For the past few weeks Wilgje has invested a lot of time in the guild, especially in setting up our new web site, which severely cut into her playing time and interest to play in general. She was halfway in grinding the money for her epic flyer, but with the way it was going and the upcoming start of the new school year, she had lost the courage to grind the other half.

Therefore a few guildies decided to surprise her and give Wilgje the missing half of the gold. Last Saturday a Special Event was organised on which we handed over Wilgje the money. In the end we collected 3000 gold, which combined with Wilgje's savings was more than enough to pay for her epic flyer.

After we got to Wildhammer Stronghold and Wilgje had bought her shiny new bird, she got a final surprise: when she ascended for her maiden flight, the letters 'Wilgje' could be read from the sky, formed with smoke flares (originally this was meant to be 'Lemmings FTW' or 'Thank you Wilgje!'but it proved to be too difficult to pull off in practice ;p).
